A business manager shares his ordeal with the company on social media " My company was contacted by a broker for Can Capital Bank in December. In January, I contacted Can Bank unsuccessfully. I wasn't provided with an account number and or copies of the loan agreement. I was forced to close our business checking due to a security issue that conveniently appeared 3 days after Can Capital was given the account information. I tried to contact Can to update the account information and I wasn't able to reach anyone. I stopped payment for a Can Bank payment and I was contacted shortly after. After I requested a copy of my documents and account details, I was told my questions and concerns were IRRELIVENT. I was requesting the information to pay the loan off. Can Capital contacted my clients prior to this. One of their representatives demanded that I wire payment to them immediately. I had already mailed a large payment to them before this request. He didn't bother asking this information, he was too busy badgering the client. To this day, he hasnt asked about a payment. He continues to email over and over accusing me of "incorrect statements. Code word for lying to him. Im posting this because I felt as though I shouldn't do business with Can Capital but followed through anyway. Don't do business with this bank. Their representatives are rude, pushy, disrespectful and DO NOT CARE about resolving an issue. Theyre more concerned about getting the last word in and badgering the client. Payments have been made to the account and we have asked him to cease contact but he continues to contact us over and over everyday. Like he enjoys the badgering and drama. WHEN FUNDS ARE LOW, DONT USE THIS BANK. Their business practices should be on a soap opera. Very rude and unprofessional and the cost of the loan is approximately 30%."

"Can Capital is PRICE GOUGING during a health crisis! Its true. Derron Hardy accepted full payment on our loan but refuses to credit our account. They were a really good company. Watch Out! UPDATE UPDATE...see the E-mail below....Its like a scene from a Gangster movie! Now I'm ineligible for renewal because I posted a bad review!!! Even though the loan was paid on time. Would someone please call the FEDS! Can Capital was a great company I've been doing business with them for nearly four years. Derron Hardy is a bad apple read below:

Your wire was received and posted and there are accounting procedures on our end (it has been less than 1 business day since your wire was applied) that have to be completed in order to zero out your balance as you were allowed a special exception to our policy. That you continue to be combative and overly aggressive in our dealings has led us to the conclusion that while we agreed that the discounted payoff would not render you ineligible; your actions and the unjustified low review that you posted are sufficient enough that we would likely not lend to you in the future.

"I am now about ready to shut down my business in 2-3 working days and lay employees off, and I will have no revenue coming in due to COVID-19.

The loan relief Rep that called me today was very unprofessional, and when I asked to speak to a manager regarding my situation for relief, she threaten to go ahead and send me to the collections department instead of trying to assist me during this pandemic.

That is not the way to do business. Every other creditor has worked with me, and this is insane that Can Capital is willing to do nothing.

Please be aware if you are seeking funding from them at the moment, as they will still come with their hands out for money even if you are making no money to pay them back during the middle of a global pandemic. I will honestly never work with them again and will tell all of my business associates within my franchise to stay away from them."

"Watch out, this company gouges its customers - I borrowed $65,000 in November of 2019, paid them in full January 2020, cost me over $20,000. They use Web Bank, went to that site, selected partner, Paypal, using their LoanBuilder program, borrowed $100,000, cost me $19,000 and over 52 weeks - Can Capital offered $100,000 over 20 weeks at a cost of over $50,000 and they are using same Web Bank - as I said, do some research, watch out, Can Capital gouges its customers"

"Didn't fund me until ten days after they thought they did. Started deducting money from me before i was funded. Then the collections lady refused to listen to what i was saying. She Was more worried about money owed rather then solving the problem and i still never received a call from someone from customer service dept. I'm not happy at all. Doug d."

"what a joke they take your money strait form your merchant account and then claim they don’t have it when you call customer service to have it fixed. then after three months of going back and forth with them they only partially credit your account. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
p.s. they still have not fixed the issue with my account"

"we are a business and we received a call by a gal by the name of NANCY ,very RUDE individual was very pushy over the phone when asked if the DR was expecting her call she was very RUDE ,IMPOLITE AND DOWN RIGHT RUDE she used the lords name in vain. I informed her the Dr was with a patient and it was as if she wanted me to pull the Dr. out of a procedure to speak to her she provided me with her direct contact number 201.210.2720
